WHAT TO EXPECT FROM CHATHAM HOUSE
We make the design process effortless and enjoyable, giving you a clear vision of your space before it even takes shape. Through thoughtfully curated vision boards, we present design concepts that include everything from floor plans and furniture selections to lighting and finishes. You'll also have the opportunity to explore material samples firsthand—seeing, touching, and experiencing how all the elements come together to create a cohesive and beautiful home.
Once selections are finalized, we organize everything into a detailed product schedule, ensuring seamless collaboration with your builder and subcontractors. This helps streamline pricing, orders, and the construction process, keeping everything on track and aligned with your vision.
As your project moves from design to construction, we remain hands-on, conducting site visits, reviewing progress, and keeping you informed with detailed updates.
When the final touches are ready, we coordinate the delivery and installation of your furnishings, rugs, and accessories—so when you walk through the door, your home feels complete, curated, and entirely your own.
